Rainbow Falls Breath Tracing Method™ Level 1 is a 3-hour trauma-informed continuing education course for massage therapists who are ready to move from foundational exposure into structured, table-based implementation. This course builds on the Rainbow Falls Breath Tracing Method™ concepts introduced in the 12-hour Rainbow Falls Institute™ training and focuses on how to apply the method safely, clearly, and professionally within massage sessions. Practitioners learn how to introduce the method in session, recognize resistance, adjust pacing and pressure, maintain client agency, and stay grounded in massage therapy scope. Level 1 emphasizes trauma-informed implementation, not diagnosis, psychotherapy, or advanced sequencing. The goal is to help practitioners use Rainbow Falls Breath Tracing Method™ with greater confidence, better session flow, and stronger sensory awareness while supporting client comfort and regulation. Through guided instruction, implementation-focused modules, and practical tools, this course helps therapists begin applying the method in a way that is ethical, structured, and immediately usable in the treatment room. This course may be taken as a standalone CE course or as part of the Rainbow Falls Breath Tracing Method™ Certification Pathway. Method certification requires completion of the 12-hour Rainbow Falls Institute™ Multisensory Foundations and Rainbow Falls Breath Tracing Method™ course, plus Level 1, Level 2, and Level 3.

About Your Instructor

Dawn Rabideau is a massage educator, method creator, and founder of Rainbow Falls Institute™. She is the creator of the Rainbow Falls Breath Tracing Method™, the Rainbow Falls Multisensory Trauma-Healing Method™, the ARC Method™ (Adaptive Regulation Cycle), the Shoreline Method™, and the Transcendent Synesthetic Standard™. Her expertise was shaped in the treatment room, where her neurodivergent and synesthetic way of perceiving gave her a layered awareness of how clients respond to touch, language, pacing, safety, and sensory input. For years, she lacked language she trusted to express what she was perceiving without risking discomfort or misunderstanding. Over time, she translated lived experience into structured, teachable methods. By integrating breath, tracing, imagery, and sensory awareness into cohesive patterns, she developed practical tools that support safer, more effective sessions. Dawn is passionate about helping practitioners become more aware, trauma-informed, and respectful of client agency—especially for those with trauma histories, sensory sensitivities, or neurodivergence. Her goal is to bring sensory-literate, trauma-informed methods into massage education so practitioners work with greater clarity, confidence, and ethical precision.
